Terms of use

1. Agreement

By using the AuraCycle AI Pro website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What the service is

AuraCycle AI Pro is a personal tracker for cycles, symptoms, sleep and related patterns. It produces estimates, charts and summaries from what you enter. It is an educational and personal-awareness tool.

3. Not medical advice

The service does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Predictions are estimates and are not guaranteed. Do not rely on them for contraception, pregnancy decisions or medical choices without speaking to a qualified clinician. See the medical disclaimer.

4. Emergencies

Do not use the service in an emergency. If you have severe symptoms or feel unsafe, contact local emergency services at once (in India, dial 112).

5. Eligibility and minors

The app supports people aged 9 and over and has a protective mode for accounts under 18. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian who knows how it is used.

6. Your content and backups

You own what you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, for keeping backups, and for remembering any sync passphrase. Data is kept on your device, and we cannot recover data we never held. If you lose a sync passphrase, the encrypted copy cannot be opened.

7. AI features

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information with a professional. When the assistant uses a third-party service, that service's terms also apply to what it does with your messages.

8. Previews and changes

Some features are previews. For example, the Google button does not connect to Google. We may change, pause or remove features and update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

9. Verification

A verification result shows that report text matches what was signed by the device key in the link. It does not confirm who owns that device, or that the entries are medically correct.

10. Advertising

The website may show advertising in designated spaces in future. Advertising will not appear in the app. You can choose whether advertising cookies are used through the cookie banner.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass others, create false records, impersonate a clinician or organisation, or break any law. Do not try to interfere with the website or its hosting.

12. Intellectual property

The design, code and content are owned by Bedanga Sharma unless stated otherwise. Open-source libraries keep their own licences.

13. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bedanga Sharma is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
