Good tracking is consistent rather than perfect. Logging a few things every day gives you far more to work with than detailed notes now and then.
Simple habits
- Pick a time that suits you, such as the evening, and log at the same time each day.
- Record what you notice, even when it is nothing: a blank entry is still information.
- Use the same words for the same symptoms, so the search and charts group them correctly.
- Note sleep and water roughly. Rough numbers are better than none.
Reading your charts
Look for patterns across several cycles rather than single days. The cycle comparison chart and the symptom-by-phase view are designed for that. Use the health checks card to spot gaps in your data.
